Bagh e Bulbul

Bagh e Bulbul, “the garden of the bulbul”, shows birds in a garden setting, painted in soft colours with flowers and foliage around them. It is gentler and more open than dense all-over designs, which suits plates and trays where the scene can be seen as a whole.

Pieces in this design include decorative bird plates, pastel trays and small ring boxes. For more bird designs, see Gul-o-Bulbul.
