Shabe Gule Bagh

Shabe Gule Bagh brings a Kashmiri garden onto the box: flowering branches, white and pink blossoms and birds such as kingfishers, finches and songbirds, painted over golden or green grounds. Bagh means garden, and every piece in this design is a small painted garden scene.

It is the main design of our 7 × 4 inch papier mâché boxes. Each one is painted individually, so the birds, branches and colours differ from box to box, and every piece is one of a kind.
