Questions

Is every piece really handmade in Kashmir?

Yes. Each piece is shaped from paper pulp and painted freehand in our family workshop in Zadibal, Srinagar, led by master craftsman Nasir Hussain Mugloo. Because the painting is done by hand, small variations make every piece one of a kind. Meet our artisans.

How do I look after paper mache?

Dust it with a soft, dry cloth. Keep it away from water, direct heat and long hours of strong sunlight, and it will keep its colour and shine for many years.

How long does delivery take?

Ready-to-ship pieces leave our workshop in 1–3 working days. Made-to-order pieces are made for you and take 20–45 working days before dispatch. Shipping is free on every order, worldwide and within India. See our shipping policy for details.
