Are Mughal Arts products handmade?
Yes. Mughal Arts focuses on hand-painted Kashmiri papier-mache pieces made by artisans in Srinagar. Small variations are part of the handmade character.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Srinagar, Kashmir. Standard orders travel by India Post, and DHL Express is available on request for faster delivery. Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 1–3 working days, and made-to-order pieces within 20–45 working days. After dispatch, India Post usually takes 10–20 business days to the US, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia and Japan, and 15–25 business days to other countries. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
How are delicate products packed?
We wrap each item in protective bubble wrap and tissue paper, placed in a sturdy box with foam padding. Fragile lacquered pieces receive extra corner protection to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
How do I care for paper mache decor?
Keep pieces away from water and harsh cleaning chemicals. Dust gently with a soft dry cloth and store away from heavy moisture.
