Red & Blue Floral Papier-Mâché Box – 6×4 in Hand-Painted Kashmiri Keepsake Box

Red & Blue Floral Papier-Mâché Box – 6×4 in Hand-Painted Kashmiri Keepsake Box

This hand-crafted red and blue floral papier mache box features a rich floral design in red and blue on a deep black border. Every piece is shaped from paper pulp, hand-painted and finished with lacquer by master artisans of Srinagar, so no two boxes are exactly alike.

The red and blue palette is a classic of Kashmiri naqashi and looks striking on a dressing table, desk or shelf. Our naqash paint each red and blue floral papier mache box freehand with fine brushes, then seal it with lacquer for a soft, lasting shine.
