Returns & Refunds Policy
At Mughal Arts, each item is handcrafted with care. Because many of our products are handmade and may include slight variations, we request that you read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We accept return requests only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share your order number, clear photos of the item, and photos of the packaging.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with original packaging included wherever possible.
We do not accept returns for:

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear.

Handmade variations in color, texture, finish, or pattern that are part of the artisanal nature of the product.

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items.

Orders refused at delivery without prior approval.

Sale or clearance items, unless received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you by email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and any handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item. If you need an exchange, contact us with your order details and product photos within 48 hours of delivery.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under this returns policy. A currency conversion fee may apply for cancellation for International Orders.
Non-Delivery / Lost Packages
If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us promptly. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and guide you on the next steps.

Return Shipping
If the return is approved because the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide return instructions. In all other approved cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
